CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT

Contact us on the day of the order using the phone numbers listed on lorchen.company, before you are notified that the goods have been shipped. If the order has already been prepaid, the funds will be returned to the payer's account using the details provided within 3 calendar days of the request.

REFUSAL ON DELIVERY OR AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER

You have the right to refuse the products and return them upon receipt if you were sent confectionery with an expired shelf life or with quality indicators that do not meet the sanitary standards for this type of confectionery. Claims regarding the integrity of the packaging, quality and completeness of the order are accepted at the pickup point at the time of receipt.
