Pickup

You can collect your order at the agreed time from the warehouse of lorchen.company. The address and opening hours are listed on the contacts page. When you arrive to collect the order, please give our manager the online order number and the full name of the person it was placed for.

Courier delivery in Kyiv

Courier delivery in Kyiv is available Monday to Friday during business hours. On the agreed day and time our courier will bring the goods to the address you specified (to the door of the building's ground floor).

UAH 350.00 – delivery cost.

Free delivery – for orders from UAH 2,000.00.

Delivery by carriers

The online store lorchen.company also ships orders via "NOVA POSHTA" and "UKRPOSHTA" to any locality in Ukraine, including Kyiv.

"NOVA POSHTA" – the Buyer may order delivery to a branch, to the address, or to a parcel locker. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days from shipment.

"UKRPOSHTA" – the Buyer may order delivery to a branch. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days from shipment.

The Buyer pays shipping according to the rates of the chosen carrier; it is not included in the order total.

If the Buyer does not collect the goods within 5 business days after they arrive at the carrier's warehouse, they will be automatically returned. A second shipment is made only after additional costs are agreed with our manager.

Before shipment our quality control checks every item — we guarantee that a complete, quality product is sent. Claims regarding quality and quantity are accepted only at the moment of delivery and acceptance by the Buyer.
